Scope of Service

Service Description:
Sustainability assurance is an independent assurance engagement that assesses whether your company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures comply with established reporting criteria. The aim is to enhance stakeholder confidence in the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of sustainability information.

At Ventera, we conduct our sustainability assurance work in line with internationally recognized assurance approaches and in accordance with reporting standards applicable in Turkey.

Scope areas:
• TSRS-compliant sustainability disclosures (TSRS 1 and TSRS 2)
• Climate-related risks, opportunities, metrics, and targets
• ESG metrics: energy, water, waste, OHS, HR indicators, ethics/compliance
• Greenhouse gas declarations/emission calculations
• Data collection and reporting internal controls

Frameworks used: TSRS, GRI, and other national/international frameworks used by the organization

Outputs:
• Sustainability Assurance Report in limited or reasonable assurance format
• Recommendations for improvement regarding the process, data quality, and control environment
• Readiness assessment upon request
