Scope of Service

Our firm represents buyers and sellers, carriers, shipowners, terminals, and cargo owners in legal disputes. Additionally, our lawyers represent domestic and foreign importers and producers in anti-dumping, countervailing, and safeguard investigations carried out by the Turkish Ministry of Commerce, General Directorate of Imports. Our team, with extensive experience in this field, works closely with manufacturers and importers to ensure that technical data and statistics are correctly reflected in the file during the investigation stage in accordance with legal requirements.
